About The Programme...

Programme attendees will have the opportunity to work with some of the world’s best players and coaches throughout the course of the programme. ICP cricketers are able to learn from those who have played and coached all over the world at the highest level and gain an insight into how the world’s best players operate.

Alongside the coaching resources available, players are encouraged to develop an understanding of their own games which is a cornerstone of the programme. Attendees are exposed to a number of methods used by the world’s best players before taking away specific aspects that will benefit them as individual cricketers.

The ten-week programme runs from the start of October each year and combines a tailored cricket programme with a cricket specific strength and conditioning schedule.

In addition to the full-time training programme, attendees can be placed with clubs in the highly regarded Sydney Grade Competition. This option allows players to compete in what is widely recognised as the best club competition in the world and provides an opportunity for players to spend a whole season in Sydney immersed in an elite cricket environment.

Grade Cricket

The Sydney Grade competition is widely regarded as the best club competition in the world. A huge number of current First-class and international cricketers have spent time learning their games in the competition and a host of Australian state and Test players represent their grade clubs on a regular basis.

Through ICP’s links within Sydney cricket, programme attendees have the option of being placed with a local grade club where they will have the opportunity to train with and compete against some of the best players in the world for the entire Australian season.
