Strength and Conditioning
Strength and Conditioning forms an important part of the programme. Players are screened at the start of the 10-week block and provided with an individual programme based on their specific results. Player workloads are monitored by our S&C team and weekly schedules designed to best support their individual needs.
NUTRITION
Nutrition advice is readily available through the ICP’s Strength and Conditioning Team. Players are provided with information on how best to manage their diets both pre and post training, during competition and everyday life.
